What is hide away ganging?
Ganging devices join individual chairs together to form a row.
Uniflex exclusive hide away ganger swivels away when not in use.
This is ideal for isle ways.
What quality of foam is in the seats of the
Pew Chairs?
Uniflex uses the best standard foam in the industry. All of our seat
foam has a minimum 2.2 lb “true urethane density”.
How high can we stack the
Stackable Chairs?
Unibody Stacking
Chairs are best stacked seven (7) high when transporting. However,
they can be stacked eight (8) high in storage. Vista series
Worship Chairs are stacked nine (9) high when transporting.
What is the warranty on the
Chapel Chairs?
All Uniflex stacking wood
Sanctuary Chairs are covered by a lifetime warranty
against material defects and workmanship to the original purchaser.

Fabric
What is the difference between standard and upgrade fabrics?
All our fabrics are commercial grade. All upholstery materials meet
and exceed the minimum requirements to be classified as commercial
grade. Our standard fabrics and upgrade categories are based on the
cost of the material.
What is the warranty Fabric Warranty?
All our fabrics are warranted by the fabric manufacturer. Most
fabrics are covered by a five to ten year warranty. Please
contact us for individual fabric
specifications.
Do we need Scotchguard on the fabric we purchase?
To help resist stains Scotchguard or Teflon Coating treatments are
applied. Treatments wear off with time. In order to be effective
these treatments should be reapplied often. Many of our commercial
grade fabrics like polypropylene, polyolefin, and nylon are
inherently stain resistant and do not require Teflon or Scotchguard
treatment.
Shipping
What is the lead-time for completing my order?
Our normal lead-time is 60-120 days from receipt of the order with
complete specifications. Estimated delivery dates are based on the
availability of the fabric and other parts. Please contact
us for our current lead-time.
What is the charge for shipping my order?
Freight is not included in the pricing of our Church
Furniture. For a freight
quote to your location, please contact us
by phone or fax.
Payment
Is there a deposit required to place my order?
All Pew Chair orders are custom made to your specifications. A 1/3rd
deposit is required upon contracting.
When is the balance due?
Orders of 150
Sanctuary Chairs or less require the balance paid in full prior
to shipment of the order. A C.O.D. payment can be set up for these
orders, however the C.O.D. charges will be passed on the customer
(charges are 3% - 10% of the balance). The balance for larger orders
shipped blanket wrapped will be due upon delivery.
Can I delay the delivery of my order?
We require 60 days notice to reschedule your order. If we do not
receive sufficient notice and must store your
Pew Chairs, a storage fee
will be applied to the balance of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
There is a standard 10% cancellation fee of the entire contract. If
the order is in production, the fee will be 25%. The order is in
production if the fabric has been received or if any parts have been
produced.
