Product Warranty
Chairs4Worship by Uniflex is so confident in the
quality and durability of our stackable worship seating, we offer a
lifetime guarantee. If our seating does not hold up to normal
use we will repair or replace it for as long as you own it.
If you have a warranty issue
The first step is to call our customer service staff @
1-800-279-7115. Please be ready to provide your warranty # and date
of purchase.
Damage occurring during transit
Damage due to poor packaging is covered under this warranty. Damage
due to mishandled shipping is the responsibility of the freight
carrier. Usually, mishandled freight will have some visible damage
on the outside of the crating. In this case, a claim must be filed
with the carrier upon arrival of the freight. Uniflex may assist you
in this process.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Coverage during the first year
During the one-year period beginning upon receipt of your order,
Uniflex will repair or replace all defective units. Arrangements
will be made to have the product returned to Uniflex and a new or
repaired product will be returned to you upon its completion.
Uniflex may require you to assist in this process by getting the
unit ready for pick-up. (Such as packing or boxing it)
Coverage during years two through five
Uniflex will repair or replace all defective units that are returned
to Uniflex’s facilities. Upon completion the new or repaired product
will be returned to you at the expense of Uniflex.
Coverage during years six through ten
Uniflex will repair or replace all defective units that are returned
to Uniflex’s facilities. Upon completion of the new or repaired
product, the customer will be required to pre-pay the returning
freight.
Coverage after year ten
Uniflex will ship to you parts and instructions needed for repair.
Or, the unit can be shipped to Uniflex for repair. The customer will
be responsible for labor and return shipping upon completion of
repair. The cost of repair parts is covered by the warranty.
Under all timelines
Uniflex will make every effort to complete repairs in a timely
manner. Our production load and/or availability of materials may
affect this. If at anytime the original materials or tooling is not
available, Uniflex will match the repair parts as closely as
possible.
All units returned for repair will be reviewed at Uniflex’s
discretion. If at anytime we find a unit that is not covered under
warranty due to misuse or damage, an estimate for repair will be
made and the customer will be contacted for approval. If the
customer chooses not to go forward with repairs, they will still be
required to pay for return shipping of product as Uniflex is unable
to store them at it’s facilities.
Uniflex takes pride in producing quality products. In the case of a
unit being returned and found to have serious defects, Uniflex may
choose to wave all freight and repair charges to the customer
regardless of the timeline. |
